Trail Mix

This recipe for trail mix can be made in advance. For freshness, prepare just enough of either snack to last a week at the most.


2 cups oat squares cereal

1 cup roasted, salted shelled pumpkin seeds

½ cup dried cherries

½ cup dried pineapple, diced


In a large bowl, combine cereal, pumpkin seeds, cherries and pineapple. Toss well.

Makes 4 cups (8 servings)
